justifiable ba na magbigay ng mababang laboratory performance grade ang isang instructor na
a. laging wala sa class during lab,
b. laging nagtatanong sa co-teacher niya na nagtuturo din ng subject na yon sa ibang section ng mga procedures,
c. nagcoconsult sa nasabing co-teacher niya ng mga tanong ng estudyante niya,
d. nagkakamali sa mga procedures at nagagalit pa kapag mali siya,
e. mahilig makipagbiruan at humirit sa mga estudyante niya, at
f. laging masungit at hindi approchable
g. nagseset ng consultation appointment na hindi naman tinutupad,
h. nagpapaevaluate sa mga estudyante niya on his/her teaching performance and relationship with his/her students with the note: kahit hindi ninyo ilagay ang name ninyo, kilala ko naman and handwritting ninyo, [para saan pa ang evaluation na binibigay ng admin kung may ganito pala?]
i. napaka unprofessional and biased?

in short, justifiable ba na magjudge ng laboratory performance and incompetent laboratory instructor?

kung oo ang sagot ninyo, paano ijujustify ang pagbibigay niya ng mas mababang grade kay student A kumpara kay student B na may sumusunod na qualities:

Student A:
a. hindi friendly sa lab instructor
b. maingay
c. magaling sa laboratory techniques
d. minsan lang na late ng sobrang late
e. lumalabas ng class para magyosi
f. nagpeperform pag nasa loob ng class
g. naglalaro ng celfone pag nasa class
h. nakakasagot sa mga tanong ng teacher regarding sa procedure

Student B:
a. civil sa lab instructor
b. kaharutan usually ni student A
c. magaling sa laboratory techniques
d. usually late
e. lumalabas sa class para magyosi
f. nagpeperform pag nasa loob ng class
g. nagtetext or tumatawag pag nasa loob ng class
h. minsan (as in minsan lang din, pero minsan pa din) hindi nakakasagot sa tanong ng teacher reagarding sa procedure

respect is not demanded, it is earned (unless you are me, then it is a given. haha) did it ever occur to those unrespected that the reason why students treat them the way they do is because of their own doing?

it is my hope that the administration be alerted regarding the unfairness and incompetence of its teaching staff. lahat ng nagaaral, gago man o hindi, ay nageexpect ng fairness and justice. lahat ng nagaaral, gago man o hindi ay gusto rin makatapos.

kung mabasa mo ito, na sana oo, tara, magdiskusyon tayo.

author's note: ang student A ay walang hinanakit or negative feelings towards student B. actually, labs nga niya ito.

Ding Hao Chinese Restaurant

Price: reasonable. what do you expect from the only descent Chinese restaurant in the vicinity?

Tea: disgusting. it had a burnt smell and taste. it was too strong - unreasonably strong.

Service: informal. does not agree with the price and the ambiance.

Place: big tables, big plates, high ceiling. well, technically it shows what a 'classy' restaurant it is.

Food: the food was ok. it tasted good enough. Serving agreed with the price. Rice at 18 pesos per (half) a cup seemed a little too pricey for me.

and the reason why i dont like the restaurant:

THEY DO NOT SERVE DIMSUM!!!! how could you be a Chinese restaurant and not serve dimsum? crazy!
